Lightweight Underslung Cranes

Lightweight underslung cranes are an ideal solution when supporting steelwork beneath the crane is not an option, for example where coverage is required for production line assembly of components and floor space is critical. Therefore a fixed gantry is not required, as direct connection between a suitable roof structure is feasible. As lightweight underslung cranes are supported from the roof structure, minimised loadings are normally a requirement. For this reason most underslung cranes are single girder, although TLS are able to offer double girder underslung crane formats should you require it.

TLS manufacture lightweight underslung cranes with either power or hand pull travel operations, utilising electric hoists, pneumatic hoists or hand chain blocks, up to 2000Kg SWL. TLS designs and manufacture cranes to suit all applications. Any lightweight underslung crane supplied by TLS to sites within the UK is covered by hoist testing and certification to comply with current LOLER legislation.
